Items that are Defective, Damaged or Misshipped

If it is determined that the product has a material defect; or it was misshipped through our error, you will receive a refund or replacement for the item(s). If the item is damaged during shipment, you must contact the shipping contractor. Return shipping costs cannot be refunded. Merchandise must be returned with its original packing and accessories intact.

To request a Return Authorization (RA) for an item, simply call or email us with the information below. If the information is accepted, you will be given a special return authorization code, and instructions on returning the product. Returns will not be accepted without authorization. RA's will expire after 14 days, and the item will not be accepted if returned after that time frame. Please include the RA information on the outside of the shipping package. For your protection, we require you to send the shipment prepaid. Please be sure to keep your tracking receipt. We cannot guarantee refunds for a return without a proof of delivery confirmation provided by the shipper. Credits are processed upon confirmation of the return by our shipping department and review of the item by our RA department. For refunds, please allow up to two billing cycles for the return credit to appear on your credit card statement. If credit cannot be issued to your credit card, a store credit will be issued.
